- Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks, including data entry, answering phones, taking messages, and sorting mail.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans for managers and staff.
- Visitor Management: Greet and direct visitors, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supplies, order necessary items, and maintain filing systems to enhance efficiency.
- Event Planning: Organize and prepare for office events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with vendors, clients, and coworkers, fostering positive relationships.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
