Role Overview:
We are hiring a professional Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of a leading nursery school in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be organized, child-friendly, and capable of handling parents, staff, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-desk operations, parent enquiries, and visitor interactions
- Handle admissions, student registration, and maintain documentation
- Support daily nursery operations and coordinate with teachers & management
- Prepare reports, schedules, attendance records, and official communication
- Maintain and update administrative databases and filing systems
- Assist with events, parent meetings, and school communications
- Ensure compliance with ADEK and nursery operational standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a school or nursery
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional, friendly, and able to handle parents confidently
- Must be currently in UAE
- Immediate joiner preferred
