As our Kitchen Manager / Head Chef, you will oversee the full back-of-house operations for our multi-brand cloud kitchen. You will ensure outstanding food quality, smooth kitchen workflow, and timely order dispatch for online delivery platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads by example.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage kitchen operations across multiple delivery brands
  • Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and recipe accuracy
  • Oversee order flow from platforms (Zomato, Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Uber Eats)
  • Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
  • Maintain stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and reduce wastage
  • Ensure compliance with food safety & hygiene standards (HACCP / Municipality)
  • Contribute to menu development and recipe standardization
  • Report on kitchen performance, production, and costs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years experience as Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager
  • Experience in cloud kitchen, QSR, or high-volume delivery operations (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent culinary knowledge across multiple cuisines or specialty expertise
  • Familiar with food safety guidelines and efficient kitchen workflows
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and lead a diverse team

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (preferred, not required)
  • Knowledge of HACCP, food handling, and hygiene best practices
  • Basic computer skills
