Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive can deliver an outstanding customer experience, handle inbound customer enquiries, coordinate with insurance partners, and ensure smooth processing of policies.

This role requires someone who is professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent at communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and email support for customers.
  • Provide accurate information about insurance products
  • Assist customers with policy comparisons, quotations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and the internal sales/processing team.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Resolve customer concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE insurance regulations.
  • Deliver a smooth, friendly, and professional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong customer-handling, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with insurance products or CRM systems preferred.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and customer-first mindset.
  • Based in UAE and available to join immediately or within short notice.
