Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute content strategies across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create visually appealing, trendy, and informative content, including reels, posts, videos, and graphics, tailored to the medical and wellness sector.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to maximize engagement and reach.
• Monitor social media analytics, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to ensure accurate and compliant content.
• Engage with followers and manage online communities to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator and Social Media Manager, preferably in the medical, wellness, or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, reels, short videos, and digital marketing strategies.
• Exceptional creativity, writing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Highly intelligent, proactive, and able to analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing software).
