Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Bakery – Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Bakery – Shop Assistant, you will craft high-quality beverages, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive experience.
• Take customer orders, handle payments, and operate POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including café tables and restrooms.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and restocking ingredients.
• Suggest menu items and upsell products when appropriate.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily sales and service goals.

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience as Juice Maker in uae.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• A passion for coffee and quality service.
