Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and walk-ins
- Assist with booking service appointments
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professional appearance
- Support administrative tasks for the EVS team
- Coordinate with internal departments when needed
- Manage customer registration, basic documentation, and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality
- Well-presented and confident in dealing with customers
- Prior experience as a receptionist, customer service agent, or front desk role
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Immediate joiners preferred
