Full job description

We are looking to hire a Call Center Agent to join our team with following job responsibilities :

Call Center executive:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
  • Provide accurate information regarding dental services, appointments, and inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow up on missed or pending appointments to meet the daily target set by managment.
  • Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a call center or customer service role, with experience in the healthcare or dental sector.

Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
