We are seeking highly qualified and professional Executive Secretaries to join our dynamic and fast-growing work environment in Dubai.
The role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage tasks efficiently using modern digital tools and AI systems.

Requirements

  • University degree or Higher Diploma in Administration / Secretarial Studies
  • GPA of Very Good or higher
  • Minimum 4 years documented experience
  • Strong proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, email, and digital systems)
  • High accuracy, strong follow-up, and fast task execution
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Ability to use AI tools for task management and archiving
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good Conduct Certificate + security clearance

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive and general secretarial duties
  • Office coordination and client support
  • Employee and sales follow-up
  • Administrative supervision when required
  • Preparing daily task reports and official documentation
  • Using digital & AI systems for tracking and archiving
  • Supporting various departments based on operational needs

Employment Details

  • Full-time, on-site
  • Salary starting from 10,000 AED
  • Working hours: 10 hours/day + lunch & prayer breaks
  • Weekly day off: Sunday
  • Day or night shift as required
