Requirements
- University degree or Higher Diploma in Administration / Secretarial Studies
- GPA of Very Good or higher
- Minimum 4 years documented experience
- Strong proficiency in Arabic and English
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, email, and digital systems)
- High accuracy, strong follow-up, and fast task execution
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to use AI tools for task management and archiving
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good Conduct Certificate + security clearance
Key Responsibilities
- Executive and general secretarial duties
- Office coordination and client support
- Employee and sales follow-up
- Administrative supervision when required
- Preparing daily task reports and official documentation
- Using digital & AI systems for tracking and archiving
- Supporting various departments based on operational needs
Employment Details
- Full-time, on-site
- Salary starting from 10,000 AED
- Working hours: 10 hours/day + lunch & prayer breaks
- Weekly day off: Sunday
- Day or night shift as required
