Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead workshop staff
• Manage daily operations and workflow
• Ensure timely and quality completion of tasks
• Monitor equipment, tools, and inventory
• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Workshop Incharge / Supervisor
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
