We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and support daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Provide basic administrative support to office staff
  • Maintain records and update databases as required
  • Assist with inquiries from clients, staff, and vendors

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
