We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations.
The ideal candidate must have strong English skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintaining organized records.
- Preparing, sending, and responding to emails professionally.
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks and reporting.
- Assisting with general office duties and administrative tasks.
- Coordinating basic documentation and ensuring accuracy.
- Supporting management with day-to-day operational needs.
- Handling basic follow-ups and ensuring timely task completion.
Requirements:
- Strong English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to organize data and documents effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Previous admin or office experience is a plus.
