Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Supervisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for coordinating daily truck movements, ensuring timely deliveries, and liaising with drivers, clients, and logistics staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and monitor the daily operations of heavy and light truck transport
• Assign routes and deliveries to drivers efficiently
• Track vehicle locations and delivery timelines using GPS/logistics tools
• Communicate with clients and ensure service standards are met
• Maintain records of transport activity, fuel logs, and maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with mechanics and ensure vehicle upkeep
• Handle transport documentation and ensure compliance with UAE traffic and transport laws

Requirements:

• Prior experience in logistics or transport coordination (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and logistics software
• Good command of English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of UAE roads and transportation regulations
