Position Overview
The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for contacting prospective drivers and business owners, introducing them to LegalShield’s CDL, business, and associate opportunity packages, enrolling qualified candidates, and ensuring long-term client success. This role blends outbound calling, relationship-building, enrollment support, and client onboarding. Enrollment Specialists serve as the primary point of contact for new members and associates, guiding them from first contact through full onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Contact & Outreach
- Make outbound calls to independent truck drivers, owner-operators, and referrals from our database.
- Present LegalShield’s CDL protection plan, business legal services, and associate income opportunity clearly and confidently.
- Build rapport quickly and handle objections with a professional, reassuring tone.
- Respond to inbound calls from leads, prospects, and SMS inquiries.

1. Zoom Scheduling & Pre-Enrollment Preparation
- Invite qualified leads to attend the daily live Zoom presentation.
- Manually schedule them into available sessions and provide reminder instructions.
- Send follow-up texts or calls to confirm attendance.
- Assist no-shows with rescheduling and keep the calendar organized.

1. Enrollment & Closing
- Immediately after the Zoom session, contact attendees to walk them through the enrollment process.
- Explain plan benefits, pricing, and next steps in a clear, concise manner.
- Complete enrollment documentation and process payments accurately.
- Ensure new members understand their coverage and associate opportunity options.

1. Onboarding & Training Support
- Conduct a brief onboarding call with new members after enrollment.
- Walk new associates through accessing their LegalShield Virtual Office.
- Provide basic training on how to start, where to find resources, and what to expect next.
- Ensure new associates understand how placement works and what support is available from the team.

1. Client Management & Success
- Maintain ongoing communication with active members and associates.
- Perform monthly check-ins to ensure members are satisfied and actively using their benefits.
- Track performance metrics such as attendance, enrollments, follow-ups, and retention.
- Resolve client issues or escalate them when needed.
- Support associates in achieving early success, even with minimal personal workload.

Qualifications
- Comfortable making outbound calls with a confident, conversational tone.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organized with excellent time management.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment roles is preferred.
- Ability to follow systems, scripts, and workflows.
- Coachable, ambitious, and motivated by helping clients succeed.
