We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Dubai. If you’re a strong closer, team leader, and know the Dubai property market, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of property consultants
• Drive sales targets and team performance
• Oversee lead management, negotiations, and closings
• Build relationships with clients and developers
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company processes

Requirements

• 4+ years real estate experience in Dubai
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan or secondary market
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• RERA certification is a plus
