This role is with the ARRISE group.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the physical management of the stock of goods
  • Operates stock movements in the dedicated software and files
  • Keeps documents related to stocks
  • Periodically counts the stock of goods
  • Reports to the hierarchical superior any discrepancy between the physical and the written stock
  • Provides stock information
  • Respects the stock management legislation
  • Performs the physical reception of the goods at the entrance to the company’s warehouse
  • Reports to the hierarchical superior the differences between the physical and the written goods at the reception of the goods at the warehouse
  • Records, processes, and stores information regarding the situation of stocks
  • Efficiently uses storage space for goods, constantly organizes stock and workspaces
  • Performs dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off operations
  • Ensures proper sizing when handing over any uniforms
  • Identifies and recommends modifications to the uniforms for a better fit
  • Collaborates with the Tailors
  • Manages the spare uniforms stock, ensures sufficient items for every timeframe
  • Maintains visual records of every employee’s uniform fit
  • Offers correct and complete information regarding uniforms and appearance-related procedures
  • Communicates politely and professionally with any departments and suppliers
  • Monitors and handles QA reports regarding uniforms
  • Monitors the live streams and reports on any encountered issues
  • Updates the employees’ Personal Appearance Files accordingly

Requirements:

  • English (written and spoken)
  • PC literate
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Communication and self-control skills
  • Attention skills
  • Experience working in retail, warehousing is a plus
