Storekeeper

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store/warehouse. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, ensure proper documentation, and maintain smooth material flow to support site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, material issuance, and returns.
  • Organize and store materials in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Prepare and update inventory reports on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requirements.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper (construction/industrial preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (optional: forklift).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
