Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Planning
- Monitor menu performance and suggest improvement
- Analyze sales, inventory, and customer data to support F&B operations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and reduce waste
- Prepare accurate reports and dashboards for management
- Support pricing, promotions, and forecasting with data insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Submit daily reports including sales, staff performance, and inventory status.
- Prepare next-day operations in advance to ensure readiness and continuity.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the branch and kiosk, ensuring all areas (café, play zones, cashier, party rooms) are clean, safe, and ready for service.
- Conduct daily pre-opening and closing checks, ensuring POS systems, cleanliness, and readiness.
- Monitor overall guest experience, ensuring smooth service flow and timely resolution of any issues or complaints.
Team Leadership
Monitor staff performance, grooming, professionalism, and adherence to service standards.
- Maintain clear communication among departments to ensure coordinated service delivery.
- Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about the menu, offerings, and upselling techniques.
Financial Planning & Performance Oversight
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, minimize costs, and achieve profitability targets.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, sales reports, and daily performance summaries.
- Oversee payment reconciliation and manage daily cash handling procedures.
Food & Beverage Management
- Collaborate with chefs and beverage managers on seasonal menus, special offers, and pricing.
- Ensure food hygiene, preparation quality, and presentation meet brand standards.
- Monitor F&B inventory levels, handle ordering, and track wastage/consumption.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to any guest safety concerns or incidents.
