We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our operations team in Sharjah. This is a great opportunity for freshers or anyone looking to kickstart their career in administration and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily workers’ attendance
- Prepare monthly timesheets
- Assist in invoice preparation
- Coordinate with the camp team regarding timesheet issues or complaints
- Ensure proper documentation and record management
- Perform general administrative and computer-based tasks
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel and basic computer skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Strong attention to detail
- Immediate availability is a plus
