Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer transactions accurately, including sales billing, returns, and payments.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and credit notes.
  • Operate POS systems and billing/accounting software.
  • Reconcile daily cash and card payments and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Assist with inventory tracking through billing and return entries.
  • Update and maintain customer records.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Respond to customer questions about invoices or billing issues.
  • Follow company cash-handling and reporting procedures.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in cashiering or billing.

Skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and billing/accounting software.
  • Familiar with POS systems and electronic billing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Location: Dragonmart, Dubai
  • Working Hours:
  • Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
  • Friday & Saturday: 10:00 am – 11:00 pm

Working time inclusive of break hours

  • Days Off: 2 days per month
  • 2 months of trail period, confirmation based on performance
