Looking to hire Logistics/ Procurement Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics for Heavy Equipment Company with educational degree in supply chain management.

• Coordinate transport, deployment, and demobilization of heavy machinery.
• Conduct route planning, identify challenges, and optimize logistics operations.
• Carry out Freight Forwarder qualification process,
• Coordination of commercial / contractual clarifications,
• Generate Orders, review transportation documents prepared by Vendors / Freight Forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, permits, customs & coordinate with Customs Authorities for clearance of goods.
• Should have good experience in handling over-sized dimensional cargo.
• Must be able to administer Purchase Orders for operational demands according to the Procurement Policy and Pre-existing Purchasing Agreements.
• Candidate should be present in U.A.E with at least 3-5 years of GCC Country experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management preferred,
• 3+ years of proven, successful experience as a logistics/procurement coordinator
• Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of laws, policies and safety standards regulations regarding logistics
