- Assist in setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Ensure efficient kitchen-to-table operations by liaising between the staff and customers.
- Support the kitchen team in managing service equipment and replenishing stock when necessary.
- Promptly address any guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
- Coordinate with servers to ensure seamless order delivery and guest satisfaction.
Requirements for the Role
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
