Executive Assistant

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and agendas across time zones
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Regional Managing Director
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, expenses and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Draft, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain records and SharePoint content, ensuring confidentiality
  • Track tasks and project actions, providing timely follow-ups
  • Support events, internal comms, and team onboarding activities
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • You will be supporting the Regional Managing Director

Your skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role working as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
  • Experience handling confidential information securely, with knowledge of GDPR
  • Skilled in managing complex diaries, travel, and senior meetings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data management
  • Excellent communication and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Global experience would be advantageous, reflecting familiarity with international working environments
