What you’ll be doing:
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and agendas across time zones
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Regional Managing Director
- Arrange travel, accommodation, expenses and prepare detailed itineraries
- Draft, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain records and SharePoint content, ensuring confidentiality
- Track tasks and project actions, providing timely follow-ups
- Support events, internal comms, and team onboarding activities
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- You will be supporting the Regional Managing Director
Your skills and experiences:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role working as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
- Experience handling confidential information securely, with knowledge of GDPR
- Skilled in managing complex diaries, travel, and senior meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data management
- Excellent communication and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Global experience would be advantageous, reflecting familiarity with international working environments
