The role is responsible for managing the full admissions cycle, from inquiry to enrollment, while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role combines registration, sales engagement, and customer relationship management to achieve class enrollment targets and strengthen ABA’s market presence.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media.
  • Engage with prospective students and partners, providing accurate information on courses, schedules, and fees.
  • Convert leads into confirmed enrollments by effectively communicating program value and benefits.
  • Maintain an updated and organized customer database, ensuring all leads and interactions are properly tracked.
  • Manage registration forms, invoices, and payment follow-up to ensure timely and accurate processing in coordination with Finance.
  • Follow up on potential leads from social media, marketing campaigns, and referrals to maximize conversions.
  • Achieve class-based enrollment targets in both value and number of participants.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and social media responses.
  • Support the operational setup of short-term and long-term classes.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve inquiries promptly to maintain a high satisfaction rate.
  • Prepare periodic reports on inquiries, conversions, and customer trends.
  • Assist with certificate issuance, registration documentation, and SPEA-related formalities as required.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in admissions, sales, or customer service
  • Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Flexible with working hours and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Unceasingly optimistic and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
