Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Personal Assistant to provide remote support to a new starting company. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in administration and business support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling, emails, and calendar management (Mandarin Speakers).
- Support client communication (messages, calls, follow-ups).
- Help with document preparation, data entry, and file organization.
- Conduct online research and prepare some reports.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable using MS Office.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Must be able to speak and write Chinese (Mandarin) to assist with Local and Chinese speaking clients.
- No prior experience required.
