- Develop, implement, and manage the overall social media strategy in alignment with business and sales goals (e.g., lead generation, property sales).
- Define the most important social media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurable objectives (e.g., engagement rate, website traffic, cost per lead).
- Plan and manage a detailed content calendar for consistent daily/weekly posting.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging, high-quality content daily, including original text, images, short-form video (Reels, TikToks), virtual tours, and market news.
- Curate content that is relevant to the target audience, focusing on property showcases, neighborhood spotlights, home-buying/selling tips, and client testimonials.
- Ensure all content and visual branding is consistent, professional, and compliant across all platforms.
- Monitor, manage, and facilitate social media communities by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Encourage community interaction through polls, Q&A sessions, contests, and discussions to build relationships and trust with potential clients.
- Design, launch, and manage targeted paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Ads) to maximize reach, engagement, and lead capture for specific listings or services.
- Monitor and track advertising budgets and optimize ad performance (e.g., Return on Ad Spend – ROAS).
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance data for all organic posts and paid campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights.
- Prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for strategy improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
