Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials.
- Schedule and conduct property tours, showings, and open houses.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance requirements.
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage, but motivated beginners are welcome.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/real estate software are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
