Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport / Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the company’s fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle usage, ensuring compliance with UAE transport regulations, maintaining fleet efficiency, and supporting operational needs by effectively managing drivers and vehicle schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the daily fleet operations to ensure smooth transportation of goods, materials, or staff.
• Assign vehicles and drivers based on operational requirements.
• Monitor vehicle movement, fuel consumption, mileage, and overall usage.
• Ensure compliance with UAE RTA and labor law regulations regarding transport operations.
• Maintain records of vehicle documents such as registration, insurance, permits, and service schedules.
• Track vehicle maintenance and arrange timely servicing, repairs, and renewals.
• Supervise and support drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and safe driving practices.
• Coordinate with HR/Admin on driver rosters, overtime, and leave management.
• Maintain a log of accidents, repairs, breakdowns, and insurance claims.
• Optimize routes to reduce fuel costs and increase efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports for management.
• Ensure cost-effective fleet management while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet coordination or transport management within UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE RTA rules, vehicle licensing, and insurance procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software (preferred).
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage drivers and operations.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
