About the Role
We are a premium vacation home company delivering hotel-grade cleanliness and guest experience across all our properties. We are looking for dedicated Holiday Home Housekeeping Cleaners who take pride in creating spotless, welcoming, guest-ready homes.
Key Responsibilities1. Cleaning & Housekeeping
- Perform complete turnover cleaning after guest checkout.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning of all interior and exterior areas.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, and high-touch surfaces.
- Strip and remake beds to hotel standards.
- Restage the unit exactly as per brand-standard setup photos.
- Immediately report maintenance issues (AC, lighting, plumbing, damages, etc.).
2. Linen & Laundry Handling
- Collect, bag, and prepare used linens for laundry pickup.
- Place fresh linens and towels as per standard presentation.
- Report linen shortages or quality issues.
3. Inventory Support
- Monitor consumables (toiletries, amenities, cleaning supplies) and report low stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas when required.
4. Quality & Compliance
- Follow strict hygiene, sanitization, and safety protocols.
- Complete cleaning checklists for every turnover.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality cleaning regardless of timelines or workload.
Requirements
- Must have a valid own visa in the UAE.
- Previous experience in housekeeping—preferably in hotels or holiday homes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Ability to travel across various locations in Dubai.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and hardworking.
