Job Purpose:
The Corporate Image Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth, cost-efficient procurement and logistics of supplies for the Corporate Image Department. This role includes coordinating vendors, tracking orders, maintaining records, processing payments, and supporting strategic procurement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of amenities and supplies, maintain vendor records, and support vendor evaluations.
- Track orders and logistics to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery, including shipment follow-ups and documentation.
- Maintain procurement records, assist with invoices and payments, monitor budgets, and coordinate contract renewals.
- Handle Jetex Global billing and ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Support the Corporate Image Projects Lead in daily operations and contribute to improving procurement and logistics processes.
Requirements:
Experience
2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, demonstrating competence in managing corporate image projects and vendor relationships
Skill Set
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
- Ability to support the team with operational tasks efficiently.
