Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GCC Secretary to support the daily administrative operations of our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and project documentation.
- Prepare and edit letters, reports, memos, and other documents.
- Manage office supplies and ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Assist in tracking project deadlines, contracts, and invoices.
- Coordinate communication between departments and with external clients/suppliers.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Previous experience in the construction or contracting field is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Office-based role with occasional site coordination if required.
