We are a leading Facilities Management provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, integrated FM solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial sites.
We currently require an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across assigned facilities.
- Manage and coordinate cleaning staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and FM safety protocols.
- Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, and PPE.
- Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or client concerns promptly.
- Maintain documentation such as duty rosters, inspection checklists, and incident reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor within the Facilities Management industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently under minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
