Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, record keeping, filing, and general clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Communication Handling: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Document Management: Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and important documents.
- File Organization: Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for quick access to information.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in booking meetings, appointments, and internal activities.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and reorder stationery and office items when required.
- Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflow and support daily tasks.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and follow company policies.
- Other Duties: Assist managers and team members with additional tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma required; additional certifications or diplomas are an advantage.
- Experience: Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred (not mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Can work independently and handle challenges professionally.
- Positive Attitude: Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
