What You Will Do

Nurture, and convert qualified leads
Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying process
Advise clients based on market trends and property valuations
Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects consistently
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and processes
Proven sales track record
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Self-driven, presentable, and results-focused
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
