Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead and grow
our machinery rental division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in oil &
gas sector requirements, an established client network, and the ability to achieve
ambitious sales targets through professional relationship-building and market insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand ALGT’s rental business within
• the oil & gas and construction industries.
• Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and secure long-term rental contracts with EPC contractors and project owners.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper equipment mobilization, demobilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, rental agreements, and proposals in line with company policies.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming project opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases for management review.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in equipment or machinery rental sales within the UAE oil & gas sector.
• Strong network with ADNOC and EPC contractors.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional computer applications (CRM/ERP preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
