Guest Service Agent

Job Description:
Jannah Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering warm, efficient, and professional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable stay from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and hotel information
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Maintain accurate records, handle payments, and update guest profiles
  • Uphold high hospitality standards at all times

Must-Have Requirements:

  • You must be locally available in the UAE and able to attend a face-to-face interview in Abu Dhabi
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel experience in a 4- or 5-star property
  • Able to join immediately (or with very short notice)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with Opera or similar PMS
  • Additional languages (Arabic or others) is a plus
