Job Description:
Jannah Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering warm, efficient, and professional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable stay from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and hotel information
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate records, handle payments, and update guest profiles
- Uphold high hospitality standards at all times
Must-Have Requirements:
- You must be locally available in the UAE and able to attend a face-to-face interview in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum 2 years of hotel experience in a 4- or 5-star property
- Able to join immediately (or with very short notice)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with Opera or similar PMS
- Additional languages (Arabic or others) is a plus
