We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Admin/Secretary to join our team at Happy Drive Car Rental in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office tasks, assist management, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist in administrative tasks and maintain records
- Support the team with clerical duties and other office needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or secretary
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
