Main Tasks:

  • Answering calls & WhatsApp from clinics
  • Coordinating orders, invoices & delivery follow-ups
  • Communicating with suppliers (local & international)
  • Supporting basic admin and client database updates
  • Commission available for every new client brought in

Requirements:

  • Female applicant
  • Must already be living in the UAE
  • Must have a valid residence visa (we do not provide visa)
  • Fluent in English (spoken + written)
  • Strong communication & follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
  • Friendly, organized & responsive
  • Previous experience in admin or beauty field is an advantage

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
