Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Administrative Staff. This role combines administrative support with accurate data management to help our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, emailing, and document preparation
  • Support team members with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records
  • Handle office supplies and general office organization

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
