Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Administrative Staff. This role combines administrative support with accurate data management to help our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, emailing, and document preparation
- Support team members with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records
- Handle office supplies and general office organization
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
