- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas and equipment.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently and store them in designated areas.
- Support kitchen staff by providing timely kitchen tools and utensils.
- Assist in unloading and organizing food supplies and deliveries.
- Take responsibility for waste disposal and recycling to comply with environmental standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain overall restaurant hygiene and sanitation.
Requirements for the Role
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
