Responsibilities
- Draft and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Maintain filing systems (digital and paper)
- Schedule meetings, appointments and site visits
- Handle construction-related documents such as contracts, tenders, drawings and permits
- Liaise between site teams, sub-contractors, suppliers and head office
- Answer phones, respond to emails and handle inquiries professionally
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of experience in secretarial role (ideally in construction)
- Experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
