Event Operations Supervisor

We are hiring a Head of Operations to manage daily operations, production teams, and event execution for weddings and large events. The role is equivalent to a General Manager and requires strong UAE experience in event production.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end event operations and onsite execution
• Lead production departments (carpentry, décor, florals, lighting, logistics, manpower)
• Handle client meetings, requirements, and project coordination
• Prepare budgets, BOQs, cost control, and vendor negotiations
• Oversee team performance, allocation, and manpower planning
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery of events

Salary Based on Experience

Requirements:

• 7–10 years UAE experience in events/weddings/production (mandatory)
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Knowledge of production work (staging, décor, technical setups)
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
