- Process bookings efficiently, ensuring all details are captured accurately in the reservation system.
- Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest arrival experience.
- Resolve any reservation-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor booking trends and provide reports to support revenue management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in reservations, sales, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
