Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Officer with strong experience in road and infrastructure contracting companies. The candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities, sourcing reliable suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement of materials and services related to road and infrastructure projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare purchase orders, contract, and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain updated records of materials, suppliers, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Procurement Officer in road and infrastructure contracting companies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of local and international suppliers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
