Job Description

  • Greet and welcoming guests to their tables.
  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
  • Present menu and provide detailed information, serve food & beverage orders and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the hotels Standards of Performance.
  • Responsible for the food hygiene and safety of the outlet by ensuring that all equipment’s are working properly and are trained to work safely with it.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.
  • Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Waitress.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experienced in operating the MICROS POS system.
