Key Responsibilities Supervisory Duties
- Supervise and support a team of two housekeepers, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Assign daily duties, monitor performance, and ensure coverage of all required areas.
- Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment handling.
- Conduct regular quality checks and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Operational & Cleaning Duties
- Perform housekeeping tasks including cleaning rooms, common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and workspaces.
- Handle deep cleaning, sanitization procedures, and special cleaning projects.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.
- Manage laundry operations when required.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare daily and weekly schedules for the housekeeping team.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, inspections, and supplies usage.
- Assist in onboarding new housekeeping staff when necessary.
