Key Responsibilities Supervisory Duties

  • Supervise and support a team of two housekeepers, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Assign daily duties, monitor performance, and ensure coverage of all required areas.
  • Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment handling.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

Operational & Cleaning Duties

  • Perform housekeeping tasks including cleaning rooms, common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and workspaces.
  • Handle deep cleaning, sanitization procedures, and special cleaning projects.
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.
  • Manage laundry operations when required.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare daily and weekly schedules for the housekeeping team.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities, inspections, and supplies usage.
  • Assist in onboarding new housekeeping staff when necessary.
