Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations (Front & Back of House).
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Plan, update, and coordinate menus with the kitchen team.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and manage vendor coordination.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide training and motivation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and brand image.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial and performance reports.
  • Promote the brand locally through marketing activities, social media promotions, and special events.
  • Support and enforce company policies and operational procedures.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Currently based in Dubai or available for immediate joining.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
  • Hands-on, team-oriented, and proactive attitude.
