Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations (Front & Back of House).
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan, update, and coordinate menus with the kitchen team.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and manage vendor coordination.
- Evaluate team performance and provide training and motivation.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and brand image.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial and performance reports.
- Promote the brand locally through marketing activities, social media promotions, and special events.
- Support and enforce company policies and operational procedures.
Preferred Candidate:
- Currently based in Dubai or available for immediate joining.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
- Hands-on, team-oriented, and proactive attitude.
