Full job description

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and assist them politely.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Keep the front desk organized and presentable.
  • Handle mail and courier services.
  • Support the Operations team with basic admin tasks.
  • Help with documents, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Manage appointments and meeting room schedules.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable and customer-focused attitude.
