Full job description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Handle daily emails, inquiries, and office correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for courier dispatch, incoming mail, and office supplies.
  • Support HR and Admin teams with basic clerical tasks when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold a positive company image.
  • Provide general information to clients and guide them to the correct departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English, additional language are also a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service/admin role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Basic understanding of invoice entry or accounting procedures is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
