HR Administrative Assistant We are looking for HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative and operational activities. She will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing documentation (both physical and digital), performing data entry, and assisting with the overall efficiency of HR functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in both hard and soft copies.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and management of HR documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and scanning of employee documents.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) on a daily basis.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative support is an advantage.
